Our independent volunteer-run museum shows the history of our village and parish. A former island in the Fen, it became the site of a medieval abbey before being a centre for draining the Fens and rebuilding as a Victorian 'model village'. Come on our general opening times in the summer, or phone in advance to ask us to open by appointment. Village tours available too.
