A practical workshop helping small businesses use AI confidently to save time, work smarter and get results.
This interactive workshop is designed for small and owner-led businesses, and provides a practical introduction to using AI in everyday business activities.
Participants will learn how AI can help save time, improve efficiency, support decision-making, enhance customer communications, and simplify routine tasks.
Through real-world examples and guided exercises, the session focuses on practical implementation rather than technical theory. Alongside the opportunities, attendees will also gain an understanding of key risks, including data handling, privacy, and governance considerations.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have greater confidence in using AI and a practical plan for getting started.
Please note that filming and photography of the session will be taking place throughout.
We recommend bringing along your own laptop to the session.
