Our Parks Chair-based Fitness Classes
Our Parks Chair-based Fitness ClassesFree chair-based/seated health and wellbeing class focused for those with limited mobility or over 70 years of age.
Improve your balance, mobility and strengthen your social connections with time for a hot drink after.
Classes are held at Wyndham Park Visitor Centre in Grantham and led by an Our Parks trained volunteer trainer.
Sessions must be booked in advance.
