After a successful debut in 2024, Belton's Community Festival is back! We’re opening up access to art, heritage, and education once again, with a whole host of activities, talks and demonstrations running throughout the weekend. From dance and art, to music and demonstrations, a wide range of local groups and organisations are coming to Belton to showcase the amazing work they do as part of our local community. Discover more about what’s happening on your doorstep and feel inspired. Grab a treat from one of the food vendors while you explore the variety of stalls on the day. Support the local community and visit the arts and crafts stalls, with a range of handcrafted, locally produced items on offer. Complete with a bursting event schedule on the stage to keep you entertained and an array of activities over the weekend, including a Big Belton Butterfly Count sponsored by Lincolnshire County Council, there’s something for everyone. The festival will run on the 13 and 14 Sep, from 10am to 5pm, and free entry to the entire estate, including the mansion and gardens, is being offered across both days. The event is sponsored by BEONTVUK and Chef Abul.

Discover the peaceful and meditative art of Ikebana. Rie Day will explain the Japanese expression of natural beauty through flower arrangement. Rie is a professor and president of the UK London Branch of the Ikenobo School, a prestigious ikebana institution based in a historic Kyoto temple with over 550 years of tradition. Ikebana, the general word for flower arrangement in Japan, is focused on finding the balance and essence of the materials used, in such a way that they are displayed to their utmost beauty and perfection. Your ticket grants entry into the park and gardens from 10am. If you would like to upgrade your ticket to view or tour the castle before your talk, please do so at the Ticket Hut on the day.
