Discover the Manor's staterooms which were designed as a tour around Europe. Constructed in 1831, Harlaxton Manor is truly unique, combining Jacobean, Elizabethan, and Baroque styles to create a beautiful and awe-inspiring historic house.  The Manor Gardens are some of Harlaxton’s most treasured features and our beautiful parkland is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the breath-taking scenery. With French terraces, an Italian garden, a Dutch canal and even an observatory, the formal gardens beside Harlaxton Manor are a feast for the senses. Manicured lawns, blooming flowers and sculpted trees decorate the rolling hills that wrap around the manor which creates a spectacular backdrop.
