Join us at the enchanting Belvoir Castle for a specially curated 75-minute program of musical favourites. Bring a picnic and enjoy musical classics from Mozart to Rossini built around a love story and performed by four world-class singers and a string quintet of exceptional musicians. Guests are welcome to arrive from from 5:00PM to set up a picnic-spot on the lawn (food and drink will be available on site). Alternatively, a VIP ticket will take you through for canapés and prosecco in the Aviary Tea Room from 5.30pm, and will include another glass of prosecco and a light finger buffet in the interval. The performance will start at 6.30pm and there will be 30-minute interval around 7.10pm. A full day of music in the gardens of Grantham House starring a large selection of local musicians across the day; a comfortable and casual concert making use of the sun! With the options of investigating the historical site and beautiful gardens of Grantham House or sitting in front of the café with a drink and a good view of the stage, donations are accepted all day to raise money for both the charities of St Wulfram's Church and the National Trust, while promoting the talent in and around Grantham as well as the new National Trust Café on the grounds.
Join us at the Belvoir Castle, in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside, for an enchanting 1940s Festival celebrating the joys of Afternoon Tea where the music is as hot as the weather, the scones await – with lashings of clotted cream! Dust off your dancing shoes, dig out your best vintage attire! This summer, the charming gardens will be transformed into a vintage wonderland, packed with music, merriment, and memories of a bygone era.
